Return & refund

JBen Art's return and refund policy ensures an easy and peaceful return if you are not completely satisfied with your product due to any fault or damage. All items must be returned within 7 days from the release. Please note that:

-  All returns must be sent to us with freight prepaid.

-  All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with the original packaging.

-  We are sorry that we cannot accept returns of oil paintings that have been altered in any way by the customer.

-  The money-back guarantee is not transferred to 3rd parties.

-  For international customers, customs charges and import/excise taxes are not refundable.

-  Returns will not be accepted if the painting is custom-made, personalized portraits or there is deliberate damage.

-  We will either refund your money or replace another one for you.

When returning the goods, you will be responsible for arranging the return, the cost of the return shipping, and your initial delivery charge will not be refunded.

You need to contact us by email the form below before returning. Returned items without authorization will not receive a refund.
